Drawing Blanks / Summit Rhode LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026
Summit Rhode LLC operates Drawing Blanks. This policy covers information handled through our website and apps, including purchases, player-created Challenges, and head-to-head (H2H) gameplay.
Information we handle
- Account information: email, username, account identifiers, and information supplied by a sign-in provider when you use that provider.
- Gameplay and social activity: progress, scores, moves, times, rewards, balances, entitlements, friend relationships, invitations, H2H records, and Challenge participation and results.
- Content and support: puzzle drafts, titles, answers, shared Challenges, conduct acknowledgements, reports, and messages you send to support.
- Purchases: product and transaction identifiers, purchase history, subscription status, and account identifiers used to verify purchases and deliver benefits. Checkout providers handle payment details.
- Device and service information: device/browser and platform information, IP addresses and request logs generated when connecting to our services, local settings, and diagnostic information.
- Notifications and advertising: push notification tokens and preferences if enabled; advertising identifiers, cookies, and ad interactions processed by advertising partners, depending on platform and choices.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate accounts, save and synchronize gameplay, deliver purchases and rewards, run leaderboards and social features, send enabled notifications, respond to requests, moderate content, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot problems, serve and measure ads, and meet legal obligations.
What other players can see
Your username and qualifying gameplay results can appear on leaderboards and in social gameplay. Friends, opponents, and Challenge participants may see relevant usernames, invitations, puzzle content, and results such as scores, moves, and times. Shared Challenge links can be forwarded and allow additional players to join; they are not a guarantee of confidentiality. Do not include sensitive personal information in puzzle titles or answers.
Providers and disclosures
We use providers to operate the service, including Amazon Web Services for hosting and authentication, RevenueCat and the applicable store or payment provider for purchases, Google advertising services (such as AdMob and AdSense), and platform push notification services. When automated AI safety moderation is enabled, player-created puzzle titles and answers are sent to OpenAI for review when submitted for publication. Reports and related content may also be reviewed by authorized operators.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy requirements. Advertising providers may process information under their own policies, including for ad personalization where enabled. See Google's privacy policy and RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Cookies, local storage, and advertising choices
We use cookies and device storage for sign-in, preferences, gameplay, and cached or downloaded content. Advertising services may use cookies or device identifiers to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads where enabled. Available consent prompts and choices vary by platform and region. You can manage cookies in your browser and advertising or tracking permissions in your device settings, and visit Google My Ad Center. Disabling storage may affect sign-in or other features. Contact us to request help with advertising privacy choices.
Retention and account deletion
We retain information to operate your account and for legitimate purposes such as purchase verification, security, resolving reports and disputes, backups, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record and purpose. Account deletion does not mean every associated record is immediately erased.
You can start account deletion in Settings > Account > Delete Profile, or follow our account deletion instructions. Contact us to request deletion of personal information or details about retained records. Copies shared by other players may remain outside our control. Cancel any subscription separately through the provider where you purchased it.
Your choices and rights
You can manage notifications in the app and device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related uses. Send requests to drawingblanks.summitrhode@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security and international processing
We use safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live, including the United States, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Children
Drawing Blanks is not directed at children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. If you believe a child below that age has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Updates and contact
We will update the date above when this policy changes and provide additional notice where required. For privacy questions or requests, contact Summit Rhode LLC at drawingblanks.summitrhode@gmail.com.
